Thank you for your interest in serving during WCC Kids True North VBS 2025. There's plenty of opportunities to serve listed below. Please indicate if there's a specific position you'd like to help in or if you're open to be assigned where needed. You can also select your available dates.
For the safety and security of childen and families, volunteers are required to attend training and undergo a background check.
Volunteer Opportunities for Adults
Preschool & Elementary: Work with kids in the preschool/elementary program (start 9:00am, finish 12:00pm)
Snacks: Assist with preparing daily snacks.
Hospitality: Help with the morning breakfast for volunteers (Monday-Thursday 8:00-8:30am)
Registration: During VBS Week manning the Information Table
Photography: Take pictures/video during VBS.
Set Team: Build and assemble set for the stage prior to the week of VBS.
Set Up/Tear Down Crew: Help set up on June 8 and take down on June 12. This is great for dads or those who can’t serve the week of VBS.
Prayer Team: Be part of bringing the power of prayer to VBS. Receive prayer requests and support families, volunteers and staff through prayer.
IT/AV: Run sound and computer during VBS.
Volunteer Opportunities for 7th-12th
Guide: Lead a group of 5-6 kids (start 9am, finish 12:00pm)
Assistant Guide: Assist a Guide with a group of 5-6 kids (start 9am, finish 12:00pm)
Preschool Program: Work with kids in the preschool program
Snacks: Assist with sorting and preparing daily snacks.
Games: Assist with preparing and guiding kids during games
Set Up/Tear Down Crew: Help set up on June 9 and take down on June 13.
Worship: Praise & Worship during VBS
IT/AV: Run sound and computer during VBS
Photography/Video: Take pictures/video during VBS.
